One of my favorite desserts has always been Peanut Butter Fudge. My grandmother used to make the very best! I do not typically share recipes unless they are “tried and true!” This recipe is by far the best that I have ever tried for Peanut Butter Fudge, and it’s so easy! It only requires a few ingredients, minimal cooking time, and it tastes delicious!!
You will need:
6 cups sugar
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 can of evaporated milk ( I personally like the Pet brand)
1 regular size jar of marshmallow creme
1 regular size jar of creamy peanut butter ( I personally like the Reese’s brand)
Begin by mixing the first 4 ingredients over medium heat, stirring consistently. Bring to a boil. Once it starts boiling, boil for 6 minutes. Continue to keep it stirred consistently. After the 6 minutes, whip in the jars of marshmallow creme and peanut butter until its completely mixed in. Pour into a 9X13 buttered pan, and let cool. Serve and enjoy! (It tastes especially good with a glass of cold milk!)
