I don’t know about you, but once I find a product that I love, I tend to stick with that product! These hair products that I’m going to share with you, I personally love and would recommend to anyone!
I used to be a firm believer in washing and drying my hair every.single.day….but my views have changed on that as I realized that it wasn’t the healthiest thing to do for my hair! So now, I only try to wash my hair twice a week! I do not use a lot of products at all on my hair, but the few that I do use, I really do love!
One: OGX Thick and Full + Biotin and Collagen Shampoo & Conditioner
This isn’t a very expensive shampoo and conditioner, and you can find this brand at Wal-Mart or Target! It has biotin and collagen as 2 of the ingredients, and these are both super great for your hair!
Two: Aquis Hair Towel
I truly do love this towel! It is very gentle on your hair…unlike a regular bath towel. The Aquis hair towel also helps to cut down on drying time! I actually did a full blog post on this towel that you can read here.
Three: Drybar Brush
I use this brush every single time I detangle my hair after washing it. It has become my favorite brush…even over the Wet Brush! It brushes out the tangles so well, and I have been very happy with it!
Four: Revlon Extra Large Paddle Hair Brush
I actually use two different brushes. One for detangling my hair after washing it, and the other for brushing my hair while drying it. This Revlon brush works super well for me, and is great for long hair!
Five: Chi Curling Iron
I have tried many curling irons through the years, and the CHI brand has become my all time favorite. It curls very well, and the curls will actually hold! The link is for the exact one that I have. I have had mine now for several years, and have been very happy with it!
Six : Oribe Texturizing Spray
Once I have curled my hair, I spray my hair with this texturizing spray that helps to define the curls, and add volume to my hair. It is a bit pricey, but it lasts a very long time, and is well worth the money!
Seven: Kenra Ultra Freeze Spray 30
This is my all time favorite hair spray, and believe me when I say that I have tried many! With my hair being so thick, it was difficult for me to find a hair spray that would actually hold my hair in place until I found this one! It works very well with my hair, and I haven’t changed hair sprays since! I spray my hair with this after using the Oribe Texturizing Spray.
Eight: Redken Hair Dryer Sheets
Ever have those days that your hair is full of static?? (Me too!) These dryer sheets (made specifically for hair) work wonders! Simply take one of the sheets and rub it in a downward motion on your hair…and watch the static disappear! These really do help! Haha
