Taco Soup is one of my favorite Fall recipes. It’s super easy and it tastes so delicious on a cold day! (Although Georgia isn’t quite there yet with the cooler temperatures!) Ha! You can make this recipe in the crockpot, or if you prefer to fix it quickly, you can also use the stovetop.
You will need:
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained (You can also use ground turkey if you prefer)
1 can corn
1 can great northern beans
1 can black beans
1 can red beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 Hidden Valley ranch packet
1 taco seasoning packet (I personally like the McCormick’s brand)
2 cups water
Tortilla chips
Sour cream
Shredded cheese (I like the four cheese mexican blend)
Combine all ingredients in the Crockpot (or Stovetop) except Tortilla Chips, Shredded Cheese, and Sour Cream. **Do not drain any of the cans. Stir and cover with lid. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheese. Enjoy!!
This looks delicious!
Can’t wait for the temp in Louisiana to cool down so I can cook all my favorite Fall recipes!
Thank you! It’s still very warm in Georgia also! Hopefully it will “feel” like Fall soon!
