Salted Cream Cold Foam – Cold Brew Coffee



I don’t know about you, by my favorite kind of recipes are those with only a few ingredients…like 3-4! 😂 I think you will LOVE this coffee recipe because it only has 4 ingredients! This recipe is the perfect salty – sweet coffee drink!

Salted Cream Cold Foam – Cold Brew Coffee
1 cup of cold brew coffee
1/4 cup of skim milk 
1/8 tsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp pure Maple syrup, divided

Make the Salted Cream Cold Foam:
Add the skim milk, Kosher salt and 1/2 tbsp of the Maple syrup to a milk frother. Froth for approximately 2 minutes or until it is frothy. If you do not have a milk frother, you can everything to a jar with a lid. Shake until it becomes whipped and frothy.

Make the Salted Cream Cold Foam – Cold Brew Coffee:
Add the cold brew to a glass over ice. Stir in the remaining 1/2 tbsp of Maple syrup. If you like a sweeter cold brew coffee, feel free to add in some extra Maple syrup. If you like yours unsweetened, feel free to leave out the Maple syrup all together. Pour or spoon the Salted Cream Cold Foam over the top. Enjoy!
